Thank you for coming to explore my little world.
I am a trained oil painter but really fell in love with doing these whimsical watercolors. I’d always loved the stories of Beatrix Potter, Winnie the Pooh and Brambley Hedge but never thought I could create an imaginary world myself. This site is a dream come true and the result of massive amounts of encouragement from friends and family.
About me:
I love my family, God, and all things nature. (I also love horses, art, the color orange and chocolate!) I live north of Chicago with my husband and two children. The midwest is such a great place to raise a family and experience the seasons. Living here has influenced this project greatly.
